Krish has over 23 years of professional experience and has worked in Big 4 before joining the firm.

He is a Resource Person of the Committee for Members in Industry of ICAI and Vice Chairman of Law and Representation Committee of the Chamber of Income Tax Consultants, Mumbai.

Has written various articles and delivered lectures for ICAI.

Has successfully represented clients at various levels including ITAT, Settlement Commission, Assessing Authorities etc.

Has served large clients like Forbes, HDFC, RPG, HSBC, Sodexo & Suzlon group, amongst others.

Has undertaken financial restructuring, reorganization and family settlements including vetting of Schemes of Arrangement under the Cos. Act etc.

He has handled corporate advisory assignments including but not limited to FEMA, Direct and Indirect taxes, TP studies, review of ESOP/ESAR Schemes in view of SEBI Guidelines.
